Ingredients
Salad
- 150 gram Chicken breast
- 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 4 pieces Radish
- 10 twigs Sorrel
- Lettuce leaves
- 1.2 pieces Onion red
- 1 piece Cucumber
- 2 tablespoons Cherry
- 2 pieces Quail egg
Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Jam (black currant)
- 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
- 1.5 tablespoons Vinegar
- 50 ml Water
- 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
Instructions
- Prepare the sauce with jam. Mix all the sauce ingredients and boil over low heat 2 times until thickened.
- Rub the sauce through a sieve.
- Cut the breast into long thin strips, pour 1 tbsp soy sauce and leave to marinate for 15 minutes.
- Fry the breast in vegetable oil for 2 minutes on each side.
- Cucumbers cut into cubes. Cut the lettuce leaves and sorrel into large pieces, cut the onion and radish into slices, defrost the cherries a little.
- Mix the chilled chicken with all the salad ingredients.
- Put a ring out of cucumber slices, put a salad in it, decorate with a quail egg. Serve it in a saucepan with jam sauce.
