Salad with Potato Recipe

Ingredients
- 200 gram Potato boiled
- 100 gram Sauerkraut
- 80 gram Pickled cucumber
- 1 twig Green Onion
- Parsley to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons Sour cream
- 1-2 teaspoons Mustard (seeds)
- 1 tablespoon Radish grated
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
Instructions
- Cook the potatoes in advance and cool them. Prepare all the food.
- Peel and dice the potatoes.
- Squeeze the cabbage (if necessary, rinse in cold water), cut. Cut the cucumbers, combine everything in a salad bowl.
- Mix sour cream, grated radish (you can use horseradish), sugar, mustard, pepper.
- Season the salad and garnish with chopped herbs. Stir.
- Since salted and sauerkraut vegetables taste better chilled, put the salad in the refrigerator for 30-60 minutes.
