Salad with Red Fish and Arugula Recipe
A light and quite simple to prepare salad of red fish, arugula and parmesan. A very simple salad.

Instructions
Heat the butter in a frying pan. Cut the fish into pieces about 1 cm by 1 cm. Fry in oil, stirring, for 2-3 minutes, after adding dry basil.
Put the arugula on a plate.

Grated parmesan. Drizzle the salad with olive oil and squeeze the juice from half a lemon. Season lightly with salt and pepper.
