Ingredients
Basic:
- 1 kg Salmon
- 500 ml Water
- 3 tablespoons Salt
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 5 tablespoons Vegetable oil
For serve:
- 1 piece Avocado
- Lettuce / Lettuce (leaves) to taste
- Cheese melted
- Bread
- Onion to taste
Instructions
- We sell frozen salmon in 0.5 kg briquettes.
- Salt and sugar are needed for the marinade.
- Dissolve salt and sugar in boiled water.
- Pour it over the fish. I had ready-made strips, and generally cut the way you want to serve.
- Let stand in the marinade for 15 minutes, strain through a sieve. I left the marinade in the refrigerator and did not lose: I had to get a stash - a second briquette.
- When the marinade drains, transfer the fish to a storage container and pour oil on the surface: 4-5 spoons. It is convenient to store me in a glass form with a lid for a microwave oven.
- Close the lid and store in the refrigerator.
- This is the second batch, because there was nothing to photograph at first!
- For serving, take traditionally white bread, but I have sweet and sour gray with cumin.
- Spread with a layer of melted cheese or butter.
- Peel the avocado and cut into thin slices. Alternate avocado with fish on bread. Finely chop the onion and serve with a side dish as desired.
