Ingredients
- 300 gram Broccoli
- 4 pieces Chicken eggs in broccoli
- 4 tablespoons Flour wheat / Flour in broccoli
- 0,5 teaspoon Soda According to the recipe soda, I added baking powder for the dough
- 400 gram Champignons fresh
- 100 gram Soft cheese Philadelphia
- 1 tablespoon Sour cream
- 1 piece Onion
- 70 gram Hard cheese
- 1 teaspoon Butter
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Boil the broccoli for 5-7 minutes, whisk with a blender into a puree and gently add the eggs, salt, soda, flour and once again whisk well with a blender.
- The oven is on. Cover the baking sheet with baking paper, grease with butter, put the broccoli puree, flatten, put in the oven for 20 minutes at 180 degrees.
- While the pie is baking, prepare the filling. Fry mushrooms with onions in a frying pan, salt and pepper (do not salt, we have hard cheese in the recipe) fry until the liquid evaporates. Chop the mushrooms and grind them in a blender, add cheese, melted cheese, sour cream, salt, pepper to taste.
- Once again grind into a homogeneous mass.
- Put the mushroom filling on the finished cake.
- Using baking paper, roll into a roll. Leave in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
- Here is a roll, the paper is well removed, the roll holds its shape well, the mushroom filling is tender, it can be perfectly cut into portions.
