Ingredients
Dough:
- 2,5 glass Flour wheat / Flour
- 1 teaspoon Dry yeast
- 1 tablespoon Honey
- 120 ml Milk
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 0,5 teaspoon Salt
- 1 piece Chicken egg
Pudding:
- 1,5 tablespoon Sugar powder
- 1 tablespoon Cocoa powder
- 1 tablespoon Corn flour
- 100 ml Milk
Additionally:
- 1 tablespoon Sugar powder
- 1 teaspoon Sesame seeds
- 30 gram Melted butter
Instructions
- Prepare the yeast dough. Dissolve yeast and honey in warm milk. Leave it on for 10 minutes.
- Add the egg to the milk and stir.
- Add half the flour and salt. Mix it.
- Add the olive oil, the remaining flour and knead the dough. Leave the dough for 1-2 hours in a warm room.
- For chocolate pudding, take powdered sugar, cocoa powder, flour and milk. Mix the dry ingredients first, and then dilute them in milk.
- Cook a thick chocolate pudding over low heat. Cool.
- Divide the dough into 10 parts. We roll out each part into an oblong strip. Brush with melted butter. Spread chocolate pudding around the edge. Twist the roll, and then roll it into a spiral.
- Place the rolls on a baking sheet. Brush with yolk and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake the buns for about 45 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees. Sprinkle the warm buns with powdered sugar and serve with tea.
