Squid Stuffed with Cheese Mousse Recipe
I like the combination of cottage cheese and salted red fish. I offer you a delicious and easy-to-prepare snack for the New Year's table: squid stuffed with cheese mousse with salted pink salmon. I took the most budget fish that we have - pink salmon, salted it myself. Of course, you can use any salted or smoked salmon fish.
Servings 4
Cook Time 20 minutes
Ingredients
- 2 pieces Squid
- 200 gram Cottage cheese
- 100 gram Pink salmon pink salmon (fillet) salted or any salted, smoked salmon fish
- 50 gram Cheese hard
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- Dill to taste
- Greens for serve
Instructions
- Clean the squid. Put in boiling water, cook from the moment of boiling for 2 minutes, put in a colander, let cool. You won't need ears.
- Preparing the filling. Put cottage cheese, hard cheese, salted pink salmon (chopped fillet), garlic, dill greens into the bowl of the combine and pour lemon juice.
- I used a food processor for chopping.
- Thanks to the "knives" attachment of the food processor, a few seconds at the 1st speed, and the mousse of cheese and fish is ready!
- Take the chilled squid. I do not recommend cooling the squid in the refrigerator, they will become too dense, hard, it will be difficult to stuff them. If the squid is large, you can stuff it with a spoon. In my case, the squid is small. It is convenient to take a large nozzle and stuff a cooking bag with it. Tightly packed.
- From the remaining filling, you can prepare another snack: stuff eggs, spread them on toast or crackers. I put it on cheese crackers.
- Before serving, store stuffed squid in the refrigerator. When serving, slice.
- Bon appetit)
