Tartlets with Tuna, Cucumbers and Caviar Recipe

Festive tartlets for the New Year's table. Tuna, pickled cucumber and caviar create the perfect flavor combination.

  1. These are the products I used.
  2. Mix the tuna slices and cottage cheese.
  3. Cut one medium or 2 small ones into small cubes.
  4. Send the cucumber to the curd cheese and tuna, squeeze the garlic through a press and pepper. I didn't salt it.
  5. Fill the tartlets with the resulting salad using two spoons.
  6. Put the caviar on top and garnish with dill greens.
  7. This is a good snack for wine or champagne. All the ingredients are important here, I do not recommend excluding something so as not to upset the balance of taste)
