Tomato Marmalade Recipe

Ingredients
- Bread
- 3 pieces Tomato
- 1 piece Orange zest
- Orange juice squeezed juice of one orange
- 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
- 1 piece Chilli pepper small
- 120 gram Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Vinegar balsamic
- 1 pinch Salt
Instructions
- Prepare all the ingredients according to the list. I was making marmalade from pink tomatoes.
- Grate the orange and lemon zest. Squeeze out the juice.
- Tomatoes scald with boiling water, pour cold water, remove the skin, cut into small cubes.
- Put the chopped tomatoes in a saucepan, add all the other ingredients, put on the stove, bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
- Put the finished marmalade in a jar, store in the refrigerator.
- Marmalade is perfect with thin loaves!
