Ingredients
Filling:
- 1 piece Chicken fillet boiled
- 1 bunch Green onions
- 5 pieces Chicken eggs boiled
- 1 bunch Cilantro
- 50 ml Vegetable oil
- 10 gram Butter
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the flour, semolina, salt and sugar. Stir.
- Add warm milk, warm water and melted butter. Knead dough. The flour may take a little longer.
- Set aside the dough for 20 minutes. During this time, make the filling.
- Divide the chicken fillet into fibers. Add finely chopped green onions and coriander.
- Coarsely chop the boiled eggs and send them to the rest of the ingredients. Add salt and pepper to taste. Stir.
- Divide the dough into three parts. Each part is thinly rolled out and smeared with melted butter.
- Put the filling in the center.
- Wrap the edges to make a rectangle. And carefully roll out the top so that the filling is distributed inside.
- Pour vegetable oil on a split pan. We send a flatbread to the pan.
- Fry on both sides over a low heat until Golden. Done. With this amount, you get three large tortillas. Serve with sour cream.
