Unusual Pumpkin Pancake Cake Recipe

And I also decided to make pancakes with a cake with cottage cheese and butter cream. It turned out very tasty. Dough:
- 500 gram Pumpkin puree
- 800 ml Milk
- 300 gram Flour wheat / Flour
- 4 pieces Chicken eggs

- 4 tablespoons Vegetable oil
- 15 gram Baking powder
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon

Cream:
- 400 gram Cottage cheese
- 500 ml Cream
- Sugar powder to taste
Instructions
- Simmer the pumpkin under a closed lid and add water for 15 minutes. Punch with a blender.
- Add sugar, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg to the eggs. Stir.
- Add the pumpkin puree and mix well with a whisk.
- Add the sifted flour with baking powder.
- Mix with a spatula until smooth.
- Add the milk and mix with a whisk. Let's rest for 10 minutes.
- Add vegetable oil. Stir.
- Fry the pancakes.
- Beat the curd cheese with cream and powdered sugar.
- Spread 1-2 pancakes.
