Vegetable Salad with fresh Mushrooms and Zucchini Recipe
Even during the fast, I want to treat myself to something delicious. I offer a spring, light, fresh and cute salad, pleasant in every way. And do not be afraid of the presence of raw mushrooms - it is very tasty and absolutely harmless!

Ingredients
- 2 pieces Champignons (fresh)
- 3 pieces Radish
- 1 piece Zucchini
- Lettuce leaves
- Green Onion
- 1 teaspoon Dill
- 6 tablespoons Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon Sauce (spicy, pepper)
Instructions
- Wash the mushrooms, separate the legs (they are not needed), remove the thin white skin from the caps with a knife.
- Then remove the inner (ribbed) part of the caps.
- Cut the peeled caps into very thin slices, sprinkle them with olive oil and set aside for a while.
- The greens of the lettuce leaves are broken into rather large pieces. Chop the onion with feathers, chop the dill very finely.
- Radish cut into thin slices.
- Combine radishes and lettuce.
- Cut the zucchini into slices and quickly fry in a grill pan on both sides. When we turn it over to the second side, we salt it a little. Cool slightly on a plate.
- Prepare the dressing. Mix butter, salt, brown sugar and hot sauce.
- Put the salad mixture with radishes on serving plates, then mushrooms and zucchini. Pour over the dressing. And enjoy your meal with homemade white bread!
