Sauce
- Greens to taste
- 1 tablespoon Mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Sour cream
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
- Black pepper to taste
- 1 clove Garlic
Instructions
- Cut the radish, cucumber and carrot into small cubes.
- Cut the chicken fillet into pieces and marinate for 10-15 minutes in teriyaki sauce.
- Prepare the salad dressing. To do this, mix mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, soy sauce, crushed garlic.
- Lay out in layers, smearing with sauce: carrot, cucumber, radish.
- Meanwhile, string the marinated fillet on small skewers.
- And fry the skewers in a frying pan or on the grill.
- Put the skewers on top of the salad, sprinkle with chopped herbs.
