Yeast-Free Bread with Cheese and Herbs Recipe

Fragrant, delicious bread with a crispy crust. This bread is very convenient to bake when there is no time for yeast dough. Try it, it's delicious!

  1. Mix flour with salt, baking powder, chopped herbs (I have dill, parsley, green onions) and grated cheese.
  2. Add milk and vegetable oil. Knead some sticky dough.
  3. Lubricate your hands with vegetable oil and form 3 bundles from the dough.
  4. Weave a braid and place it on a baking tray. Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for about 40 minutes. If desired, sprinkle with grated cheese at the end of baking.
  5. The finished bread should be allowed to cool down, and it can be consumed with any first or second courses.
  6. I baked this bread together with a hearty dish in pots. We had the perfect couple for lunch!
