Slices of ripe avocado wrapped in the thinnest slices of prosciutto – so simple and so exquisite! You can serve the slices as an independent snack or combine them with fresh lettuce and cherry tomatoes.
I knew for sure that I would grill avocado, but only on coals and marinated with a seasoning that includes oregano and juniper berries. To say that it is delicious, it is nothing to say and very sorry that we did so little.
