Arugula Salad with Fish and Tomatoes Recipe
Arugula salad with fish, fresh and dried tomatoes, feta cheese and a mix of white flavored and wild rice. Very tasty salad.

Instructions
Put the rice to cook. Make the dressing by mixing olive oil, pink and black pepper, salt and balsamic.
Cut the onion into thin half-rings and marinate it for 5 minutes in cold water with vinegar. Then put it on a paper towel and let the liquid soak in.
Wash the arugula, dry it and pick it in a large bowl with your hands. Cut the fish into thin plates.
Tomatoes-in large pieces. Cut the dried tomatoes into small pieces.
Mix the arugula, fresh and dried tomatoes, onions, fish and rice.
Pour in the dressing, mix, put on a dish and sprinkle with feta cubes on top.
