Asian-Style Meat Recipe
We, like many people on our Planet this year, for known reasons, lost the opportunity to go on a trip. We are content with viewing photos. And now it's time to remember how we went to Asia. And so I wanted to cook something in the Chinese style! So I suggest you enjoy delicious and tender meat. You can also use this recipe to cook chicken.

Ingredients
- 7 tablespoons Corn starch
- 600 gram Pork
- 2 pieces Chicken eggs
- 1 piece Onion
- 1 piece Carrot
- 4 cloves Garlic
- 3 tablespoons Vinegar wine red
- 2 tablespoons Sugar
- 2 tablespoons Ketchup
- 2 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
- Cut the meat into cubes.
- Mix eggs with salt, pepper and 1 tablespoon of starch.
- Lower the meat into the mixture. Stir.
- Roll the meat pieces in the starch.
- Fry for 10 minutes and place on a paper towel.
- Cut onion and carrot into cubes, chop garlic with a knife.
- Fry vegetables for 5 minutes, then add red wine vinegar, sugar, ketchup. Add the meat and fry until tender. 10 minutes was enough for me.
