Baked Potatoes with Mushrooms Recipe
Spicy potatoes with fried wild mushrooms and onions, baked in the oven under the crust of a mixture of breadcrumbs and cheese. Potatoes with mushrooms from the oven are many people's favorite dish. Ingredients
- 300 gram Mushroom any, to taste
- 500 gram Potatoes
- 1 piece Onion
- 3 tablespoons Olive oil
- 0,5 teaspoons Oregano
- 0,5 teaspoons Basil
- 0,25 teaspoons Black pepper
- 50 gram Hard cheese to taste
- 2 tablespoons Bread crumbs
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- My mushrooms are frozen in the forest. Defrosted, cut and sent to boil in salted water.
- Potatoes and onions are cleaned. Mushrooms are fished out of the pan with a slotted spoon, letting the water drain.
- We take a baking dish. I have a rectangular 20 X 25 cm. Potatoes are dried from the water with a paper towel and cut into slices, cut across about 0.7 cm thick. We put the slices in a mold, pour oil, sprinkle with oregano and basil, pepper and salt. Stir and send to the oven for 15-20 minutes at t-180 C to bake. The potatoes should be ready. Be guided by your oven.
- In parallel, fry the onion with boiled mushrooms in a frying pan.
- Grate the cheese and mix it with breadcrumbs.
- Remove the potatoes from the oven. Do not turn off the oven. It's almost ready. Mix it carefully.
- Sprinkle the potatoes with a mixture of breadcrumbs with cheese, half.
- Next, spread the fried mushrooms with onions.
- Sprinkle the second half of the breadcrumbs with cheese on top. We put it in the oven to bake for 10 minutes at the same t-180 C. Everything is ready in our dish. Let the cheese melt.
