Bread on Baked Milk Recipe
I've been wanting to try this recipe for a long time. He exceeded all my expectations. A huge, light and fragrant bun with a pleasant smell of melted milk, Provencal herbs. Next time I will definitely bake this bread with melted milk of my production... It will be super!!!

Ingredients

- 650 gram Flour wheat / Flour
- 1,5 teaspoon Salt
- 2 tablespoons Sugar
- 100 gram Butter
- 2 tablespoons Seasoning (Provence herbs)
- 2 tablespoons Sesame seeds
- 2 teaspoons Yeast
Instructions
- I kneaded the dough with my favorite bread maker. We put yeast, flour, salt, sugar, warm milk. Mode: "Main dough" (2 hours 20 minutes).
- This is our dough.
- Put the dough in a greased form, cover with a film and a towel on top. Let it brew for 15-20 minutes.
- While the dough fits. Melt the butter, add the herbs and sesame seeds. Stir and let cool slightly.
- Tear off small pieces from the dough, form balls.
- Press the balls with the palm of your hand, and... our balls turn into such chops.
- Each cake is dipped in butter with herbs and sesame seeds.
- Cover the bread pan with baking paper and fold our cakes overlap.
- That's how it should work. Cover with a towel and leave in a warm place for 25 minutes to solidify.
- Grease with beaten egg and send it to a preheated 200 degree oven for 30-35 minutes.
