Brownies with Zucchini Recipe
We really love brownies. Moist, chocolate... This is a real temptation! It's summer now, which means there are fresh fruits and vegetables. Why not use them? Especially zucchini is a vegetable that absorbs and shades the taste of the products used.

Ingredients
- 2 pieces Zucchini
- 125 gram Butter
- 100 gram Dark chocolate
- 2 pieces Chicken eggs
- 1 glass Sugar
- 1 pack Vanilla sugar
- 150 gram Flour wheat / Flour
- 0,5 teaspoon Baking powder
- 1 pinch Salt
- Sugar powder to taste
Instructions
- Melt the chocolate with butter in any way.
- Wash the zucchini, dry it, grate it on a coarse grater.
- Melt the chocolate and butter, let them cool.
- Beat eggs with sugar and vanilla sugar.
- Pour in the egg mixture and mix with the zucchini and chocolate mixture.
- Add flour sifted with salt and baking powder. Stir with a spatula.
- In a mold with a diameter of 24 cm, cover with baking paper, grease with oil. Pour and flatten the dough. Put in a preheated 180C oven. Bake for about 30 minutes
- Let the brownies cool.
- Sprinkle the cooled brownies with powdered sugar, then slice. Serve with tea, coffee, milk. Enjoy your meal!
