Ingredients
Dough:
- 620 gram Flour wheat / Flour
- 200 ml Broth potato
- 180 gram Butter
- 1 piece Chicken egg
- 1 tablespoon Milk powder
- 7 gram Dry yeast
- 15 gram Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Salt
Filling:
- 500 gram Potato puree
- 350 gram Mushroom forest, fried with onions, shredded blender
Additionally:
- 1 piece Egg yolk
- 1 tablespoon Milk
- Sesame seeds to top
Instructions
- The pre-prepared filling is mashed potatoes and fried mushrooms with onions and pepper. Chop the mushrooms in a blender or finely chop them. Let the filling cool.
- Softened butter pour warm broth from potatoes, mix, adding salt, sugar. Add the egg, beat lightly.
- In a bowl, mix the dry products for the dough - flour, milk powder, baking powder, yeast.
- Having combined the creamy egg and dry mixture, knead the dough. Let stand for 10 minutes.
- Turn on the oven to warm up. Divide the dough into 3-4 parts, roll each into a rectangle 15-17 cm wide. Outline the middle along the entire length.
- Put the mashed potatoes on one side and the mushroom filling on the other.
- Twist into the center of the rolls.
- Divide into pieces 6-8 cm long.
- Transfer to a baking sheet covered with baking paper or a non-stick mat. Lubricate with a mixture of yolk and milk. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Immediately send it to the oven, bake for 20-25 minutes at a temperature of 190 degrees, until a beautiful blush. (Be guided by the characteristics of your oven).
