Cabbage Salad with Lemon Recipe
If you are already tired of sauerkraut, I suggest you prepare a light vegetable salad of fresh cabbage with an interesting taste. Crispy, with a small pinch of garlic, sour tomato and lemon. A great addition to meat or fish dishes, and delicious in itself!

Ingredients
- 250 gram Cabbage
- 1/2 pieces Bulgarian pepper
- 1 piece Carrot
- 5 cloves Garlic
- 2 pieces Tomato
- 1 piece Lemon
- Allspice to taste
- 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
- 1 bunch Cilantro
- Sweet pepper

- Cabbage and pepper cut into thin strips, put in a bowl, sprinkle with salt and rub lightly with your hands. Grate the carrots, chop the garlic and coriander, remove the zest from the whole lemon with a grater and squeeze the juice from half a lemon.
- Cut the tomatoes in half and rub the skin so that it remains in your hand.
- Add salt, pepper, vegetable oil, lemon juice and zest to the grated tomatoes, mix.
- Add carrots, garlic, and coriander to the cabbage and pepper in a bowl. Put the tomato-lemon mixture on top. Mix it. Put the salad in a salad bowl and serve to the table.
