Casserole with Fish, Potatoes and Broccoli Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 piece Mackerel fresh
- 1 piece Broccoli
- 4 pieces Potatoes
- 200 milliliters Sour cream
- 2 pieces Chicken eggs
- 1 tablespoon Mustard
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- 50 gram Cheese hard
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- I must say that I got two forms, such as in the photo. Gut the mackerel, rinse and cut into pieces. Put it in a bowl and marinate in 2 tablespoons of lightly salted soy sauce.
- Disassemble the broccoli into inflorescences and boil in salted water for 5 minutes.
- Peel and boil the potatoes, cut into slices and boil in salted water for 5-7 minutes. Put the potatoes in a heat-resistant form, greased with oil.
- In a small bowl, whisk together sour cream, eggs, mustard, 1 tablespoon of lightly salted soy sauce, lemon juice and pepper.
- Put broccoli and fish in a form with potatoes. Pour over the sauce and sprinkle with grated cheese.
- Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for about 20 minutes or until golden brown.
