- 100 gram Cheese hard
- 2 pieces Egg
- Green Onion to taste
- Dill to taste
- 1 tablespoon Mushroom powder (dried forest mushrooms)
- 1 piece Onion
- 1 teaspoon Paprika sweet
Instructions
- Turn on the oven to warm it up. Whisk yogurt, eggs and vegetable oil.
- In a bowl, mix the sifted flour, baking soda and salt. Mix the chopped greens, mushroom powder, dried (fried) onions. Add the dry mixture to the egg-kefir mixture.
- Grate the cheese and chop the eggs. Add cheese, eggs and paprika to the dough.
- Mix thoroughly and distribute over 2/3 of the volume.
- Bake at 180-190 degrees for 20-25 minutes, until a "dry crust" forms.
