Ingredients
- 125 gram Cheese hard
- 125 gram Grape
- 150 gram Vegetable oil
- 1/4 tsp Black pepper
- 4 pieces Allspice (peas)
- 1/2 pieces Red hot pepper
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 4 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1/2 pieces Lemon zest
- 1 piece Cinnamon
- 2 pinch Salt
- 4 twigs Thyme
Instructions
- Cut the cheese into cubes the size of grapes.
- Put the cheese and grapes in a jar.
- Cut the hot pepper into slices, remove the zest of half a lemon.
- Pour the vegetable oil into a saucepan, put in hot pepper, salt, allspice, black pepper, thyme, cinnamon, garlic-warm everything up, but do not boil. Cool down.
- Close the jar with a lid and put it in the refrigerator for 3 days, turning the jar 2 times a day for even marinating.
