Ingredients
Cheese layer:
- 450 gram Cottage cheese
- 150 gram Processed cheese
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 gram Vanilin
- 170 gram Sugar
- 50 gram Corn starch
- 2 pieces Chicken eggs
Base:
- 200 gram Cookies oatmeal
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 70 gram Butter
- 2 teaspoons Sour cream
Decoration:
- Raspberries to taste
- Rosemary to taste
- Sprinkling confectionery to taste
Instructions
- Chop the oatmeal cookies into crumbs, add the melted butter, sour cream and cinnamon.
- Knead the "dough" and distribute it in the form. Pre-cover the bottom of the mold with parchment.
- For the top layer, mix cottage cheese, processed cheese, eggs, salt, sugar, vanilla and starch
- Pour the curd and cheese mixture over the cake I have a form with a size of 21*14 cm, but you can safely take a larger form, because a small amount of cheese mass I did not enter it. The shape of 22*22 cm or 24*24 cm will be just right.
- Place the mold in a pan of water and place it in a cold oven. Bake at 100-110 °C for about 1.5 hours. Determine readiness as follows: slightly shake the mold. The middle should spring elastically. Try not to raise the oven temperature, so that the cheese layer does not turn brown
- Chill the cheesecake overnight in the refrigerator, wrapped in cling film. Then, carefully run the knife along the sides and remove the cheesecake from the mold. Cut into pieces with a hot, dry knife and smooth the edges.
- Garnish with raspberries, rosemary and pastry sprinkles
- Enjoy
