Cook Time 25 minutes
Ingredients
- 2 pieces Chicken fillet large
- 1 piece Apple solid sweet and sour
- 2 tablespoons Cranberries
- 1 teaspoon Brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons Orange juice freshly-squeezed
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoons Seasoning mix for gingerbread
- 1-2 twigs Rosemary fresh
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place the dicing attachment in the bowl of the food processor. This process requires attention and accuracy - do not hurt your fingers! Cut the apple into quarters, removing the seed pod.
- Cut the apples into cubes using a food processor. Transfer to a convenient bowl and immediately pour over the freshly squeezed orange juice. A quarter of an average fruit is enough.
- Add cranberries cut in half to the apples (small berries can be left whole). Sprinkle with sugar, add a pinch of spices, pepper and salt to taste. Stir - the filling is ready. Isn't this a New Year's fragrance?!
- Cut the chicken fillet into a pocket on the side and unfold it in the form of a boat. Season the insides with salt and pepper to taste.
- Put 3-4 tablespoons of filling inside the "boats". Prick the edges of the fillet with toothpicks.
- Place the stuffed fillets on a greased baking sheet. Spread the rest of the filling in a circle. Lightly sprinkle everything with oil, add a couple of sprigs of rosemary. And we send it to the oven preheated to 200 degrees.
- After 15 minutes, check the readiness of the puncture - if the juice is light, take it out. If not, let bake for another 3-5 minutes.
- Arrange the breasts on plates, garnish with orange and herbs. Serve cranberry sauce separately - you won't regret it! You can mix cranberries mashed with sugar with orange and lemon juice, add a little grated orange peel, cinnamon and cloves and a little salt. Or prepare in advance according to a recipe from the Internet.
- Bon appetit.
