Chicken in Cheese Sauce Recipe
I do not know what to call this dish, I just experimented and it turned out very tasty. Chicken in cheese sauce turns out tender, melts in the mouth. You can serve it as an independent dish or prepare a side dish, we ate without a side dish, just with a vegetable salad, it turned out to be satisfying. Quick and delicious dinner)

Ingredients
- 400 gram Chicken fillet
- 2 pieces Onion
- 2 tablespoons Mayonnaise
- 4 tablespoons Sour cream
- 160 gram Hard cheese
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon Dill
- 1 tablespoon Parsley
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
- 0,5 teaspoon Paprika sweet
Instructions
- Cut the chicken breast in half and cut into thin slices 1-2 cm thick.
- Grease a frying pan with vegetable oil and lay out the chicken breast in one layer. The diameter of the mold is 24 cm. Salt and pepper the meat part with spices.
- In a separate bowl, put mayonnaise, sour cream, finely chopped garlic, 1/2 paprika, 1/2 black pepper.
- Grate the cheese on a fine grater (100 g) and add it to a bowl with spices, mayonnaise and sour cream.
- Add the chopped dill and mix everything together.
- Brush half of the chicken breast with the mixture.
- Lay out an even layer of onion (half rings). Add salt and pepper with the addition of some spices.
- Put a second layer of chicken breast, salt, pepper and put the second part of the cheese mixture and smooth.
- Put the second layer of onion, salt and pepper. Sprinkle the remaining grated cheese (60 g) on top.
- Put in a preheated 200 degree oven for 40 minutes.
- Garnish with parsley.
