Chicken in Yogurt Recipe
The chicken turns out tender, juicy, sweet and sour. The most delicious dish (in my opinion) is obtained by using orange yogurt, although it is almost impossible to get it now.

Ingredients
1,3 kg Chicken Whole or individual parts: thighs, drumsticks, wings, breast 3 pieces Apples 3 pieces Onion 2 pieces Carrot 0,3 liter Yogurt Standard packing. The best in my opinion with Orange flavor without additional fruit 50 ml Vegetable oil for fry Seasoning I use a mixture of spices for chicken, pork, barbecue (one teaspoon) and add a couple more h / l of salt. Mix and this mixture "RUB" the chicken Salt to taste
Instructions
Rinse the chicken or semi-finished product. Divide the carcass into parts - up to 8 parts.
Prepare all the ingredients.
Peel the onion, chop it finely.
Grate the carrots on a fine longitudinal grater.
Put everything in a saucepan. It is better to use dishes of increased volume.
"RUB" the chicken with salt for seasoning.
Pour vegetable oil into the pan.
Spread the chicken pieces evenly in a preheated frying pan.
Fry until golden brown, turning occasionally.
While the chicken is cooking, prepare the apples.
Grate on a fine grater, put in a saucepan and mix.
Evenly distribute the browned chicken on a "pillow" of vegetables and fruits.
Simmer, stirring occasionally, for 40 minutes until tender. Enjoy your meal.
