Ingredients
For chicken:
- 6 pieces Chicken fillet
- 1 tablespoon Starch
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoons Soy sauce
- 2 pinches Red hot pepper
Instructions
- Cut the thigh fillet into small pieces (cut off the fat if possible).
- In a bowl, pour 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil. Add starch, soy sauce, pepper (I have black instead of red) and garlic, grated on a fine grater or passed through a press. Stir.
- Put the chicken pieces in this mixture, mix well and leave to marinate for 15-20 minutes.
- While the chicken is marinating, cut the grapes into halves and finely chop the garlic and ginger. The amount of garlic and ginger should be about the same, so I specify their volume, not weight.
- Then heat the pan and put the chicken pieces in it.
- Stir-fry the chicken until tender.
- Add the chopped garlic and ginger to the pan and fry all together for 30 seconds. It will smell crazy delicious!
- Add the halves of the grapes, pour in the honey and soy sauce, stir and cook for another 30-60 seconds.
- Sprinkle the chicken with sesame seeds and serve immediately. I recommend serving rice as a side dish, it perfectly sets off the taste of chicken with grapes.
- Bon Appetit!
