Ingredients
Dough:
- 200 ml Kefir
- 200 ml Water
- 2 tablespoons vegetabe oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
- 550 gram Flour wheat / Flour
- 7 gram Dry yeast
Filling:
- 400 gram Hard cheese
- 200 gram bacon
Fill:
- 200 gram Sour cream
- 200 tablespoons Processed cheese
- 3 cloves Garlic
Instructions
- For the dough, mix kefir, warm water, vegetable oil, salt, sugar and dry yeast. Gradually add the sifted flour, you may need it a little more or a little less, depending on the specific brand. Knead smooth dough. I entrusted the whole process to the bread maker. Cover with a towel and leave to rise for an hour at room temperatur
- Rub the cheese on a coarse grater.
- Chop the bacon and fry in a dry frying pan until crisp.
- After an hour, knead the dough and divide it into two or three parts, as you prefer. I divided the dough into three parts to make it easier to roll out. The dough is elastic, rolls out well, does not stick. Roll out each part into a rectangle. Lay out some of the cheese and some of the bacon. We roll it into a tight roll.
- Cover the form with baking paper. Cut the resulting rolls into pieces of 5-7 cm. We put them with a cut upwards into the prepared form at some distance from each other.
- We bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 40-45 minutes, until tender. Be guided by your oven.
- To pour, mix sour cream, garlic passed through a press and processed cheese.
- Grease the hot cake generously with pouring. Serve hot!
- The buns separate easily from each other.
- Enjoy your meal!
