Ingredients
Base:
- 140 gram Flour wheat / Flour you may need a little more
- 75 gram Butter
- 1 tablespoon Cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- 1 pinch Salt
- 60 gram Sugar powder
- 1 piece Egg yolk
Filling:
- 550 gram Cottage cheese
- 1 piece Chicken egg
- 2 pieces Egg white
- 40 gram Sugar
- 60 gram Dried fruits I took dried cranberries, dark and light raisins
- 1 pack Vanilla sugar
Instructions
- In a blender, put everything for the base and chop the knives with a nozzle or take all the ingredients except the yolk, very quickly make a crumb with your hands, add the yolk and knead the dough. Form the dough - it turns out soft and pliable, I had to add a little flour.
- We take a split form for 23. Hands distribute the dough on the bottom and sides - I have a ceramic bottom, silicone sides-did not lubricate. If not silicone - lubricate. Put the form in the refrigerator.
- For the filling, everything except dried fruits is put in a bowl.
- Stir with a whisk. Not with a mixer, just mix.
- Preparing dried fruits. Add to the curd filling and mix.
- The oven is preheated to 180 degrees. Pour the filler into the mold. The filling was not enough-the dough on the sides was too high. I cut the dough to the filler, the remaining dough just rubbed on top of the curd on a large grater. Bake for 40 to 50 minutes-focus on your oven. I had it ready in 40 minutes.
- Turn off the oven. Leave the curd in it for 30 minutes. Remove, cool without removing from the mold and put in the refrigerator.
- Get. Remove the sides. Serve.
- Bon appetit.
