Crab Chops with Chopped Egg Recipe

Ingredients
- 220 gram Meat from crab
- 1 piece Chicken egg
- 1 piece Egg yolk
- 1 teaspoon Sweet paprika (ground)
- 1/2 piece Onion
- 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
- 70 gram Butter
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Bread crumbs
Instructions
- Ingredients for cooking chops.
- Put the crab meat in a blender, add paprika (1 teaspoon), salt and pepper with black pepper to taste, add 1/2 part onion. Beat the crab meat until smooth.
- Add the egg yolk to the prepared minced meat. Mix the minced meat well.
- Boil the egg, chop it into crumbs.
- Add egg crumbs to the prepared minced meat. Knead the minced meat well again.
- Shape the chops, roll in breadcrumbs.
- Out of the total amount of meat, 4 chops are obtained.
- Add vegetable oil (2 tablespoons) to the pan.
- Fry the chops on both sides over medium heat until golden brown. Melt the butter (70 gr.). Before serving, pour the chops with melted butter. On the side dish, you can cook fried potatoes, various cereals (buckwheat, rice, peas, pearl barley).
