Ingredients
Dough:
- 80 gram Flour wheat / Flour
- 45 gram Semolina
- 200 ml Sour cream
- 1 piece Chicken egg
- 50 gram Sugar
- 8 gram Baking powder
- 1 teaspoon Orange zest
Filling:
- 400 gram Cottage cheese 5% or ricotta
- 0,5 piece Vanilin Vanilla pod
- 1 piece Chicken egg
- 90 gram Sugar
- 2 tablespoons Orange juice
Instructions
- Grate the orange peel on a fine grater, I took 1/3 of the whole.
- Dough: mix semolina, wheat flour, egg, sour cream, sugar, baking powder and orange zest in a whisk or, as I have, in a food processor with a knife attachment. Pour the dough into the mold, I have a silicone one with a diameter of 26 cm, I did not lubricate it. The dough turned out to be liquid, like for pancakes.
- Filling: Cut the vanilla pod, peel the vanilla seeds with a sharp knife. Mix cottage cheese, egg, vanilla seeds (or vanillinol), sugar with a whisk, squeeze the juice from an orange slice, add to the filling.
- Place the filling on the dough so that the edges remain uncovered. Bake at 180 degrees for 40-45 minutes until golden brown, the finished cheesecake filling will shake like a cheesecake.
- Cool the finished cheesecake completely.
