Cutlets with Vegetables in Pots Recipe

Instructions
- Add onion grated on a coarse grater, salt and milk to the minced meat. Mix well.
- Form cutlets from minced meat, pan in flour. Fry in vegetable oil on both sides.
- Peel carrots and potatoes, cut into cubes. Cut the onion into half rings.
- Fry the vegetables separately in vegetable oil. Put the fried vegetables in a bowl, add salt and mix.
- Prepare the sauce. Mix water, ketchup, flour, salt and crushed garlic. After boiling, boil for a few minutes.
- Put half of the vegetables on the bottom of the pan.
- Then put the cutlets on the vegetables.
- Put the remaining vegetables on the cutlets.
- Add the sauce.
- Cover with lids or foil. Bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
- Then remove the lids, bake for another half hour.
- It's very tasty!
