  2. Boil the eggs, cut into two halves, remove the yolks.
  3. Cut crab sticks into pieces. In a blender, add chopped crab sticks, egg yolks, garlic cloves, canned beans, salt and ground black pepper, add to taste. Whisk all the ingredients until a homogeneous creamy mass is obtained.
  4. Put the prepared cream in a pastry syringe. Fill two halves of an egg boiled with cream. Boil the carrots and cut the flowers. Decorate the snack with carrot flowers. Place the appetizer on a plate with the lettuce leaves. Sprinkle with green onions. Enjoy your meal!
