Galette "Fruit and Berry Temptation" Recipe
I looked through the recipes of galette, but I did not meet this, basically the recipe for the flour-butter-ice water dough, I have a different recipe, so I decided to offer it to your court. Our family loves this kind of biscuits with different fillings, sweet and with cabbage. This option is summer - the cherry in baking is a little bland, so I added apples and freshly frozen cherries - it turned out very juicy and delicious in combination with a crispy and tender base.

Ingredients
- 200 gram Flour wheat / Flour
- 50 gram Sour cream
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 tablespoon Vinegar (Apple)
- 100 gram Margarine from the freezer
- Sugar to taste
- 1 glass Cherries pitted
- 1 piece Apple
- 2 tablespoons Corn starch
- 2 tablespoons Almond almond petals or replace what you like-poppy seeds, etc.
Instructions
- The dough must be made quickly, otherwise it will be oak!!! Rub margarine into the sifted flour, add salt and quickly rub it into crumbs with a fork.
- Pour in sour cream, vinegar and knead the dough quickly. Flatten it a little, wrap it in cling film and put it in the freezer until we do the filling.
- Peel and cut the apples into small cubes or thin slices, combine with cherries (not defrosted).
- Sift the starch onto the filling, add sugar to taste and mix.
- Roll out the dough between the films in a circle and transfer to parchment. Sprinkle the bottom lightly with starch and lay out the filling, not reaching the edge 2-3 cm.
- Carefully wrap the loose edges on the filling. Brush with sour cream and sprinkle with almond petals. Preheat the oven to 190 degrees. Bake until the dough is browned - it took me 35 minutes - focus on your oven!
- Cool on the grill and serve!
- Bon appetit.
