Ingredients
Dough:
- 50 gram Butter
- 100 gram Flour wheat / Flour
- 50 gram Corn flour
- 2 tablespoons Sugar
- 1 piece Egg yolk
- 1/2 gram Baking powder
- 2 tablespoons Fruit syrup from canned peaches
- 1 pinch Salt
Filling:
- 100 gram Cottage cheese
- 130 gram Peach canned
- 1 piece Egg white
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
Instructions
- We prepare food.
- Sift both types of flour into a cup. add salt, sugar, baking powder and butter.
- Use a fork to chop the ingredients to crumbs.
- Add egg yolk and cold syrup from canned peaches (you can add cold water).
- Assemble the dough into a ball. Transfer to a plastic bag and put in the freezer for 10-12 minutes.
- Lightly whisk the egg white with sugar.
- Put the cottage cheese and whipped egg white in a cup.
- Mix well.
- Slice the canned peaches.
- We take the dough out of the freezer and divide it into 4 equal parts. Turn on the oven.
- Roll out each part of the dough in the form of tortillas.
- Adjust the shape of the cakes.
- Place the cakes on a baking sheet covered with parchment. Spread the curd filling over the cakes and distribute evenly, not reaching the edge by 1 cm.
- Spread sliced peaches on top of the cheese.
- The edges of the dough are applied to the filling, making small "folds". Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes at 180 degrees.
- Serve with tea, sprinkled with powdered sugar and garnished with mint leaves. Bon appetit!!!)
