Salad
- 100 gram Green bean
- 200 gram Zucchini
- 1 piece Bulgarian pepper
- 1 bunch Lettuce leaves
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Cut the zucchini into thin slices using a vegetable peeler.
- Boil in boiling salted water for 1-2 minutes and rinse with cold water.
- Boil the beans in salted water for 5 minutes. Flip it on a sieve and let it cool.
- Cut the bell pepper into strips.
- Tear the lettuce leaves with your hands.
- Prepare the dressing. Finely chop the garlic and mint. Add to the yogurt, season with salt and pepper to taste. Put the salad on a plate and pour the dressing over it.
