Ingredients
- 6 tablespoons Olive oil
- 2 tablespoons Vinegar (apple)
- 400 gram Tuna (fillet)
- 30 gram Sesame
- 50 gram Cashew
- 100 gram Orange
- 100 gram Apple
- 10 gram Garlic
- 40 gram Onion
- 20 ml Dry white wine
- 50 gram Cherry tomatoes
- 10 gram Basil
- 10 ml Sesame oil
- 100 gram Cucumber
- 80 gram Bulgarian pepper
- 50 gram Lettuce leaves
- Allspice (to taste)
Instructions
- Prepare all the ingredients. Wash the vegetables and fruits. Peel the apple and orange. Wash the tuna and dry it with a towel. To prepare the sauce, add oil, vinegar, sesame, garlic, onion, peeled orange and apple, wine, sesame oil, salt, pepper to the grinding container. Chop well.
- Slice the cucumber and paprika, put the salad mixture in a salad bowl. Add the chopped vegetables to the salad. Drizzle with olive oil.
- Pepper the tuna, add salt and fry in a grill pan.
- Put the salad mixture on a plate, put the ready tuna and sauce next to it.
