Ingredients
Pita:
- 300 gram Flour wheat / Flour
- 200 ml Water hot
- 1,5 tablespoons Vegetable oil
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
Filling:
- 600 gram Chicken fillet
- 1 piece Onion
- 150 gram Soft cheese
- 1 piece Cucumber
- 1 piece Tomato
- 10 twigs Lettuce / Lettuce (leaves)
- 10 twigs Chinese cabbage
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Vegetable oil for greasing the pan
Instructions
- Sifting the flour into a bowl, make a recess and add salt and vegetable oil.
- Add boiling water and knead the dough with a spatula.
- When the mass cools, knead a homogeneous dough. Cover with a napkin and leave for 15 minutes.
- Divide the dough into 10 equal parts (I have a frying pan with a diameter of 18 cm). Form circles and leave to rest for 10 minutes.
- Roll out a piece of dough on the diameter of our pan. Bake the pita bread in a dry pan until Golden on both sides.
- Ready pita bread spread on a dish, smear a little water with a brush and cover with a napkin. This way they will remain soft.
- Add the cucumber grated on a small grater to the soft cheese, add a little salt and mix thoroughly.
- From the leaves of Peking cabbage, cut off the hard part. Cut the tomatoes into thin circles.
- Chop the chicken breast fillet and onion. Add salt and black pepper and mix thoroughly.
- On each pita bread spread the minced meat and evenly "smear" (I got 3 tablespoons).
- Grease the pan with vegetable oil and heat it up. Spread the pita bread with minced meat side down and fry for a few minutes, without closing the pan.
- Half of our preparation is spread with soft cheese.
- Spread the lettuce leaf and cabbage slices on the cheese.
- Spread the tomatoes on top and cover with the second half of the pita bread.
- Bon Appetit!!!
