Ingredients
Dough:
- 200 gram Flour wheat / Flour
- 100 gram Butter
- 1 piece Chicken egg large
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 50 ml Water cold
Filling:
- 250 gram Trout
- 3 pieces Potatoes
- 1 piece Onion large
- 3 pieces Chicken eggs
- 150 ml Cream (20%)
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 pinch Black pepper
Instructions
- Knead the shortbread dough: cut the butter into pieces, mix it into crumbs with flour, add the yolk, salt, cold water, knead a homogeneous dough, wrap it in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Roll out the dough between 2 sheets of parchment, transfer to a baking dish greased with butter, form the sides, bake in the oven for 15 minutes at 180 C.
- Cut the onion into thin half rings and fry until golden brown. Boil the potatoes and cut them into cubes. Cut the fish into cubes.
- Mix the eggs with cream, a pinch of pepper and salt.
- Put the onion, fish pieces and potatoes on the baked base. Pour in the egg mixture and bake for 30 minutes at 180 °C. If desired, sprinkle with herbs. Enjoy your meal!
