Ingredients
- 500 gram Carrots
- 3 tablespoons Vinegar
- 1 pinch Cane sugar
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 pinch Cumin to taste
- 1 pinch Black pepper
- 2 tablespoons Mustard oil
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 1 teaspoon Paprika sweet dried
Instructions
- Wash and peel the carrots. What I like about this dish is that any, even last year's carrots in it become delicious and juicy.
- Slice the carrots with a vegetable peeler and put them in a suitable container or packaging. I prefer packaging that is comfortable and without dirty dishes.
- Next, we put all the spices, garlic, passed through a garlic press, add rice vinegar and mustard oil in the package. Close the bag and shake several times so that the spices are evenly distributed.
- We leave our carrots at room temperature for cooking lunch or dinner. During this time, the carrots will be perfectly marinated.
- Carrots in Korean in a new format are ready!!! Enjoy your meal!!! Please note, dear cooks, that carrots in Korean, cut in this way, are very convenient for decorating plates or dishes for festive serving!!!
