Lamb Ribs baked with Vegetables and Sweet Potatoes Recipe
How I love it, cooked in the oven! A minimum of effort and a maximum of useful and delicious results. It's simple. Recently I tried sweet potatoes and fell in love with them forever. Very tasty and healthy!

Ingredients
- 2-3 pieces Sweet potato
- 5-6 pieces Lamb ribs
- 8-10 pieces Bulgarian pepper (small)
- 100-150 gram Asparagus
- 100 gram Pods beans
- 2 pieces Zucchini (small)
- Green Onion
- Salt
- Black pepper (ground)
- Ginger (ground)
- Cumin
- Rosemary
- 6 tablespoons Olive oil
- Parmesan (grated)
Instructions
- First prepare the ribs for baking. Wash the meat, add a little salt and pepper, add cumin, rosemary, ginger. Pour olive oil into a frying pan and fry the ribs on both sides.
- Prepare the necessary vegetables.
- Peel and slice the potatoes, put them on a baking sheet greased with olive oil.
- Peel and slice zucchini and place potatoes on top. Little salt.
- Lay out the prepared meat.
- Add sweet pepper, which can be finely chopped.
- Add asparagus, string beans and onion. Sprinkle the top with black pepper, salt (optional) and add a little parmesan. Place in a preheated 200 * C oven and bake for 25-30 minutes.
- Before serving, you can sprinkle with a small amount of parmesan. Serve hot.
