Ingredients
Brew:
- 2 teaspoons Dry yeast
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 1 tablespoon Flour wheat / Flour
- 200 milliliters Milk
Yeast dough:
- 600 gram Flour wheat / Flour
- 150 gram Butter
- 2 pieces Chicken eggs
- 100 gram Sugar
- 40 milliliters Vegetable oil
- 1 pack Vanilla sugar
Filling:
- 300 gram Cottage cheese
- 150 gram Raisins
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
Instructions
- Let's start with moonshine. In warm milk, dilute the sugar, flour, mix and add yeast, and set aside for 20 minutes, so that the sourdough rises.
- In another bowl, mix soft butter, sugar, vanilla sugar, eggs, salt, vegetable oil and whisk everything with a blender until smooth. Pour the yeast mixture into a bowl with the creamy egg mixture. Whisk again.
- Then sift the flour into a separate bowl.
- Then add the flour parts to the creamy egg mixture. And knead the dough. It should be smooth, elastic and obedient, slightly sticky to the hands. You can add a little more vegetable oil, knead, cover with a towel and put in a warm place to rise for about an hour.
- When the dough increases in volume, you can start forming buns.
- To begin, prepare the filling. Mix cottage cheese with raisins and sugar.
- Next, form small balls from the dough, roll out into a rounded shape and lay out the filling.
- Then roll it into a roll.
- And shape the buns.
- Put in the oven and bake at 180 degrees for 40 minutes. If desired, the buns can be spread with egg.
