Marinated Chicken Drumsticks in the Vegetables Recipe
A fragrant, hearty and delicious hot dish for family and guests. Pre-pickled chicken drumsticks and a spicy vegetable side dish are baked in the same container in the oven, which is very convenient and not laborious.

Ingredients
Marinade for chicken:
- 50 ml Soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons Fruit sauce
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil with hot pepper
- 1 pinch Sugar
- 5 cloves Garlic
Main ingredients:
- 12 pieces Chicken drumstick
- 3 pieces Potatoes
- 1 piece Zucchini
- 2 pieces Onions
- 3 tablespoons Vegetable oil for greasing molds and vegetables
- 1 tablespoon Vinegar balsamic
- 350 gram Cabbage
- Salt with spicy herbs(Adygeya),to taste
Instructions
- Prepare the marinade (mix soy sauce, pomegranate sauce, crushed garlic, a pinch of sugar, vegetable oil and spices) and marinate the chicken drumsticks in advance. This is enough for 1 hour, but it is better to put the shins in the marinade overnight in the refrigerator. Put the pickled drumsticks in a suitable mold or in a frying pan greased with vegetable oil. Do not add marinade.
- Squeeze the sauerkraut well and put it between the shins and on top of them.
- Cut the peeled vegetables into slices using a food processor. Add the spicy salt and a little vegetable oil. Mix the onion cut into rings with a tablespoon of balsamic vinegar. Set the oven to preheat to 200°C.
- Put vegetables on the shins with cabbage in layers: zucchini, onions, potatoes. Place the roaster in a preheated oven for 1 hour. Focus on your oven. I have set the "top/bottom" mode.
- Check the dish for readiness and serve it to the table. The aroma of this dish itself will gather all the household at the table.
