To prepare them, you will need any minced meat, but it should be thick, that is, not liquid. For the filling, you can use flakes called "couscous". It cooks quickly and turns out tender.

  1. Add salt and seasonings to the minced meat and mix. The pulp of any bread is pre-filled with milk. Add the pulp to the minced meat and mix.
  2. Using a food processor, grate the carrots with coarse straws.
  3. Add the carrots to the minced meat and mix until smooth.
  4. Break the raw egg into a bowl and whisk it with a fork. Pour in the couscous and stir.
  5. Add grated cheese and salt to taste. Mix it.
  6. Make nests from minced meat, put them in a ceramic mold.
  7. Pour the prepared filling into the recess. We put the mold in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees.
  8. Meat nests are baked in the oven for about 45 minutes before browning.
