  1. Prepare minced meat, it can be absolutely anything. This time I have venison and pork in equal proportions. Add onion, salt and pepper and knead thoroughly.
  2. From minced meat, make meatballs the size of a walnut.
  3. Peel and finely chop the onion and mushrooms.
  4. Fry the onion until transparent in vegetable oil.
  5. Fry the mushrooms until the liquid has completely evaporated.
  6. Roll the meatballs in flour and fry them.
  7. Fry on all sides until it is browned.
  8. Sour cream is diluted with a small amount of water (you can use cream). Pour the resulting sauce over the meatballs.
  9. Add the fried onions and mushrooms and pepper. Cook for about 10-15 minutes. The meatballs are small in size, this time will be more than enough! Serve with any side dish!
