Ingredients
Minced meat:
- 300 gram Minced meat
- 2 pieces Onions
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
Sauce:
- 200 gram Mushrooms
- 100 gram Sour cream
- 2 pieces Onion
- Salt to taste
- Mixture of peppers to taste
- Vegetable oil to taste
Instructions
- Prepare minced meat, it can be absolutely anything. This time I have venison and pork in equal proportions. Add onion, salt and pepper and knead thoroughly.
- From minced meat, make meatballs the size of a walnut.
- Peel and finely chop the onion and mushrooms.
- Fry the onion until transparent in vegetable oil.
- Fry the mushrooms until the liquid has completely evaporated.
- Roll the meatballs in flour and fry them.
- Fry on all sides until it is browned.
- Sour cream is diluted with a small amount of water (you can use cream). Pour the resulting sauce over the meatballs.
- Add the fried onions and mushrooms and pepper. Cook for about 10-15 minutes. The meatballs are small in size, this time will be more than enough! Serve with any side dish!
