Instructions

  1. Diced cucumbers, boiled eggs,
  2. boiled potatoes and
  3. champignons.
  4. Fry the mushrooms in vegetable oil.
  5. Add mushrooms to the main ingredients.
  6. Add chopped greens and
  7. mix it. Add pepper and
  8. pour kvass. Try to add salt and, if necessary, add salt.
  9. Prepare the sauce: add mustard to the sour cream and
  10. mix it.
  11. Pour the okroshka on plates. Serve with sauce.
