Ingredients
Pancakes:
- 500 ml Milk
- 2 pieces Chicken eggs
- 1 pinch Salt
- 2 tablespoons Sugar
- 200 gram Flour wheat / Flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
Filling:
- 300 gram Pork
- 1 piece Onion
- 100 gram Champagnons
- 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon Tomato paste
- 200 gram Beef
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- In warm milk, dissolve salt and sugar. Add eggs and vegetable oil. Mix thoroughly. Mix the flour with baking powder and gradually add to the liquid ingredients. Stir and bake the pancakes in a preheated frying pan.
- For the filling: chop pork, beef and onion in a food processor.

- Heat a small amount of vegetable oil in a frying pan, put the minced meat and simmer for about 15 minutes. Add tomato paste, pepper and salt. Simmer for about 5 minutes. Remove from the stove and allow to cool slightly. Put the pancake in a bowl, put some meat filling on it and form a bomb.
- Place the bomb in a baking dish. Make an incision on top and put the grated cheese in it. Bake for about 10 minutes.
